This type comes with the Mul-T-Lock high security keying which is a pick, drill and bump resistant cylinder with controlled key duplication. (go to "security keys and locks" for more information) The high tensile steel bolts in the door run in 3 directions into the top, bottom and side of the frame locking the door securely into the door jamb. The handle is available in Brass or Chrome as shown below and is not available with a snib. The system can only be operated by the key.
This type has 3 points of securing on the one side of the door. The three point comes standard with a Whitco cylinder however it can be upgraded to the high security Mul-T-Lock cylinder giving you superior key operation and higher security. The standard system comes with a snib and key operation and can be keyed alike to existing devices such as Lockwood and Gainsborough. This type has 1 point of contact at the handle. Comes standard with a Whitco cylinder however it can be upgraded to the high security Mul-T-Lock cylinder giving you superior key operation and increased security. Standard it comes with a snib and key operation and can be keyed alike to existing configurations such as Lockwood and Gainsborough.
